Hi Bob,
I had a Jeunet frame that looked very similar to that one, especially the pinstriping and detail on the fork crown, I will look tonight at home to see if I have any good pictures of it, I realize that pinstriping is a minor detail, but it may shed some light on the factory it was made in.
