Musty can be rid of by using an ozone air cleaner or purifier. BT

Although it may take awhile with the quantity of mags you have, whenever I buy an old mag that is musty I simply put it out in the sun and flip the pages once in a while over the course of a day. Natural sunlight seems to kill whatever causes the musty oder (I suspect it is mold that's just not visible to the naked eye).

Good luck,
