Subject: [CR]Campagnolo Cable Stop Question

A buddy of mine is building up a vintage cyclocross bike with a single ring in front and 5 speed freewheel. He has a Campy barcon for the rear derailleur and would like to find a clamp-on downtube cable stop for this set up. Should he just use one of these, modified for a single cable?:

Or did Campy ever make such a clamp for a 5 speed set up? I've seen clamp-on shifters for 5 speed bikes, but never a cable stop for a similar 5 speed set up with a barcon. Any suggestions? Or might you have a such a clamp that you can part with?
