I'm not aware that CyclArt ever painted for Richard. I also recently bought a late 70's/ early 80's Sachs frame which had a somewhat tired CyclArt repaint. I had it sent direct to Joe Bell for restoration. Joe knows the color schemes used on period Sachs frames and has correct decals. He did a magnificant job and the price, while not cheap, was reasonable. If you want to repaint a Sachs frame, I think Joe Bell is the only way to go.

I have never owned one of his bikes but i did know Joe Bell paints his recent frames. This frame seems to have original paint but not 100% sure and it does have a cycleart decal on it. It also has campy short drops with the campy portacatina holes, when did this hanger come into production? Thanks for any help, Jimmy K
