In the years I raced in England I only ever uses a hairnet when I washed my
hair, like Mom! racing on the track we had to use a helmet of some kind. NOW a
funny story,(Sorry Dale) I was at a rest stop on the bike trail I ride
every day, a Chap on a $100k Harley roars up,Leather gear etc. NO HELMET! meets
his wife who had his Colnago fancy schamsy Campag do dad equip 50 speed? road
bike for him to ride on the bike path, he changes into his skin tight aero
bike kit, PUTS ON A HELMET and rides away! Something wrong with this picture!
maybe he goes faster on the Colnago than the Harley! Cheers John Crump
