I've no doubt about the quality of Brian's work, but JB as Richard's current painter probably has the decals more easily at hand, and I think JB probably has a shorter backlog than Brian.

Brian Baylis used to paint for Richard as well, back in the day. Brian could probably do an excellent restoration for you as well. Not sure it would be any cheaper than JB, though.
