No, pretty darn sure it's not a Medici... And not a Masi, nor a Marinoni. I know I am not being any help but IO already mentally went through a process of elimination and came up with zilch. Only clues are lugs (ordinary), seat stay top eye treatment (not that usual for an Italian bike but...?) and engraved "M" .. Shame there's no fork it might have helped (but maybe not)
