The 1980's white Torpados had Aelle-R tubing, the yellow ones had plain Aelle.
I'm pretty sure their top tube cable guides were different, not the double loop type.
Dale ruled out Marinoni, which was my guess. He mentioned seat stay top eyes (like for a rack?) I'm not seeing them in any of the pictures of this frame, but here's a Marinoni that has them:
