Hi folks!

Under the framebuilder's dinner photos I posted last week are some shots that drew a couple of nice off-list comments. See the gold Casati Gold Line at:

And it's a timely clue for me to post that frameset to the list, for sale. It's just a bit too small for me.

The bike was made in 1983. It's 57cm, center to top. Other measurements are 58.5cm top tube center to center, 81.5cm standover height, and 100cm wheelbase. The rear fork has been cold-set to 135mm. Columbus SL tubing. It's speedy, no doubt.

Rough bits are the chainstay, which had a few paint chips off the top, and the SL decal -- I've got a red replacement for that. There's also a little paint chip off the rear brake bridge.

Off-topic extras: Dura-Ace headset, Chorus bottom bracket suitable for a triple crank. Yeah, I had 21st century kit on the bike, as you can see.

Asking $300, and expect shipping to run $50 in the lower 48 states. I put a lot of effort into packing VERY WELL.

If you're not sure from the pix, come to the St. Patrick's Day Ride in Davis and you can see the bike in person -- unless someone beats ya to it!

Thanks for looking! Dan Kehew, Davis, CA, USA
