Paul, you need to include your first and last names, city, state and country in your sign-off, in every single email to the CR list - them's the rules! Like this:

Mark Bulgier Seattle WA USA

I have added that as an auto-signature in my email software so I don't have to type it each time.

This is meant to be helpful and is not a "flame"
