Hi Jamie,
No. Are you referring to the "famous" East Coast collector or to "an" East Coast collector?
My info was from Bob "nitro" Frietas and Peter Johnson, but I may have it wrong. But the bikes weren't marked "Specialissima" or "Team", they were just "Bianchi" and painted Celeste I believe.
