I've got a 650 tubular disc wheel downstairs waiting for just such a non-existent tire. Not that I'd want to ride the off-topic monstrosity but the newish (minty?)7 speed Suntour freewheel was worth the total price of $3 at the thrift store.
Somebody made the bloody tires and we've got to stop denying it.
