I had a little free time today so snapped some photos of my early Paramount. It's a supposed team frameset, and numbered "1" on the bottom bracket shell. The chrome on it is original, and I do have the missing decals from Waterford (ordered at the behest of Ray Dobbins :-) ) but haven't had a chance to slide them on there yet. Bike is likely a '38 based on the seatstay caps and shape of the headtube lugs.

Pssstt... My legs demand a larger cog in back, but unfortunately my chain length won't allow it. If anybody out there has about 2 inches of Diamond 3/16" block chain that they could sell me my agin knees would be most appreciative!
