Dale & all, The photo of who you call Dr. Clifford Graves appeared in a 1960 Bicycling magazine. It was part of an auction lot and there were probably 150 magazines in the total lot. You could not buy one you had to come back the next day and bid during the live auction for the lot. I left on Friday so some other lucky person got the lot of magazines including that one.

That Burton frame and fork was pretty neat but it had a lot of issues. Someone brazed lamp holders on each fork blade. It looked like it was done by a blind person as the brazing was real rough. There were a few more additions to it that just did not seem to fit. I was mildly interested as it was my size and it had real neat lugs and 531 tubing but it was just to much work for me to handle right now.

Now for the Cuevas, it started out with someone I did not know but wound up in Sam Fitzsimmons stable by days end. It was pretty small but still nice.
