Well, that was one of those things honored more in the breech than in reality. When I had a frame business in the mid 70s I bought a lot of small Campy parts-from Apollo, remember them?-things like replacement pins and bushings for derailleurs and the like-and I still had lots of those small manila envelopes years later.
