I knew I was forgetting something. Thanks, Dan, for reminding me of one of the cardinal rules.
So as to avoid all appearance of anonymity:
1988 Bridgestone RB-2 ("backdated" to late 70's-ish) Early 80's Panasonic of unknown provenance 2001 Rivendell Rambouillet
Bikes I "imprinted" on when I first became aware of classic bikes:
The orange 1970 or so Colnago Super in the 1988 Bridgestone RB-1 and -2 multi-page magazine ad.
The very tall Gios Professional in full Super Record and Brooklyn livery that the 6'-5" flute player in the Fresno State symphonic band used to ride to practice on and prop up inside the doorway, distracting me from my musical duties and inciting serious bike lust.
Sorry for the large volume from me today. Atypical, I assure you.
