Hey all.

I have an 1970¹s Follis that is my daily rider, commuter. I¹ve had this question for a while and never got around to asking it. My fork crown has screws on the tope of either side? What gives? Are these some sort of mounting point for a rack. I can¹t image that this is what hold the thing together (at least I hope not). Here¹s an old pic I dug up, you can just see them at the bottom of the photo.

Thanks.
