My 2 cents: This one plus the other frames (wince!) on that guy's Blog~sale pages... Looks like extremely clumsy amateurish re-dos of either Eastern European or South American frames... Possibly all by the same builder, maybe even beginner home made. Not a pretty sight. His descriptions make it even worse... This track frame appeared on NY Craigslist this morning billed as a De Rosa, but it definitely does /not/ look like one to me (wrong seatstay attachments, wrong bb cutout, etc.) Anyone care to venture a guess as to what it actually is?
