I fail to see the need to keep leading and trailing spokes in the same position--that makes sense if you are reusing the hub, but not the spokes. You do need to keep them left/right rear and front separate though as they will be different lengths. I think that the biggest issue with this rebuild is that the spokes are bladed, normally requiring cuts to the spoke holes. I wouldn't do it just for the sake of a set of all Campy wheels. I agree with the previous post that you may wish to just build a new set of wheels, or, unless you plan to show the bike, ride it with the Suntour Superbe hubs, which are perfectly fine quality hubs.
