[CR]was 2nd tier bikes, now bicycle Moil

I have never performed a Bris, but I have worked with a number of different sized mud flaps in my day, so I think I know how to handle this.

I plan on bringing a cigar cutter, a pin spanner, and a bottle of MD 20/20 to Cirque this year. I will need a cloth napkin, a piece of Matzo, and someone to firmly hold the bike's fork legs while I "work".
