Oops, forgot to mention that I also own one of the Windsor Pros. Here again, it is not a Cinelli and shouldn't be expected to ride like one. However, it also offers a ride that all it's own and should be looked at as an individual bike. Expecting it to compare to a Cinelli can only lead to disappointment, however these bikes have a racing history, so someone must have thought they were fine for their day. It takes more than just a lightweight bicycle to win at racing. As far as weight, try lifting a Peugeot PX 10.
