But you'd be ruining perfectly good non-aero levers that you should sell to us instead and then buy aero levers.
But looking at the Campy levers that go both ways I think it would not be a good idea to try it--not likely to result in a safe lever. Plus you wouldn't get the extra mechanical advantage aero levers have because the pivot would be in the same place.
