Hey, maybe you're onto something. In keeping with similar recent revelations, and since this seems a Japanese style frame, maybe it was built by Takumo Ugonito DeRusta, the illegimate son of Ugo by his Japanese girlfriend. Better check the exact spelling on those decals.
