I cannot - and I have never seen a top of range Peugeot that did not have 1/2
chrome rear stays; the description and pictures make it sound like a PR 10
and not a PX 10 (PR 10s did have Stronglight 49D cranksets), but who knows what
was offered for the Home Market? If the headset does, in fact, say
Stronglight Spidel, then the bicycle is a late 70s at the earliest....I wish the photos
were more revealing.
