A Cinelli is easy to spot. Most models have a very unique seatstay attachment shared only by a very few Cinelli clones, mostly the Windsor Pro. It looks like this:

+++++++++++++++++++++ I could be wrong, but I believe that all of the vintage Cinelli SC models use an otherwise rare 26.2 seat post, because the upper 4 cm or so of the seat tube has a brazed-in shim to reduce the diameter there. I like this feature, since it reduces the likelihood that the seat post will get horribly stuck. Please correct me if needed, but I don't think the Windsor or other clones had this feature.
