In my eyes the only thing negative about Matteo is his affectation of American hip-hop culture, which is as annoying as Dave Stoller's Italianism's must have been to an Italian.
Negative feedback in this case is petty. Although maybe rushed, his first reply pretty much covered the situation and made it good in my view. So maybe the details were to follow, you need to relax.
FWIW, I've had far worse dealings with CR memebers and never felt it was worth openinmg my yap about.
