In the mid to late 70's the downtube decal was quite common, usually the Reynolds Tube Company version of the 531 decal. However, its a bit more unusual to see the downtube decal on a PX-10 like this blue one, since the Peugeot decal style is early 70's. Also, the 531 decal looks like it might be the "old style" one used in the 60's and early 70's.
