Don't know the brand, sorry. Just wanted to mention the inner face of the right-rear dropout has the raised land for the porta-catena hole, but it is not drilled (3rd picture down). I think that makes it later, after the porta-catena fizzled and they were still using the same forgings but stopped drilling them. Porta-catena debuted in '77 I believe. Anyway this points to an '80s vintage, not the early-mid 70s the seller estimated.
The lugs are not Cinelli as the seller claimed. They aren't better or worse than Cinelli lugs, they're just shaped differently. And the use of "Masi" in the title of the auction is just pure "keyword spamming" -- nobody thinks this bike has anything to do with Masi do they?
Seller mentions the front hub has no oil hole. Maybe a track hub converted to QR axle? Or were there old mozzi Record strada without oil hole?
Looks like a nice frame though and possible bargain if you're borderline-freakishly tall. Hmm, it's my size...
