[CR]Racke for Seatstay Brazeons

I have an early 80's Assenmacher with brazeons on the seatstays for a rear rack. It came with a Blackburn rack made to attache directly to these brazeons, with no adapters:

These seem to have been very common 80's brazeons, at least among American framebuilders. I've acquired two more frames with the same brazeons, and would like to find racks to match. What currently available racks attach directly to these brazeons? It looks like the Nitto rack sold by Rivendell might work. Is this the case? What else?
