For the most part I don't try to pass judgement until I hear both sides of the story. Having read mr dura ace's feedback for over 3,800 items and only 9 negatives I would think if he did indeed he sent that e-mail his feedback wouldn't be as good as it is. I would like to see both of the users ebay names and check BOTH of those folks feedback before passing judgement. Also, let's look at the item description. I have found out from past sales sometimes the buyer just doesn't read the description even when I keep it to a minimum and use bold color capital print to point out certain things like shipping, dings, dents, chips and points I would like a potental buyer to take note of. Hummmmmmmmmm.
