Forgot to mention fender eyelets. They are one of the features that differentiate the 70s touring from racing models, i.e. touring frames have 'em and the P-13's don't. I believe earlier road racing models, i.e. late 60s, did have the Campy eyelets. Some of the "transitional" P-13's have them as well. As for the geometry, in the late 60's, you could order a made-to-measure frame at extra cost. I was speaking of the regular-priced, non-special order frames, in which case I believe that if you ordered a touring or racing frame, you were getting the same thing frame-wise: geometry, braze-on cable guides, fork rake. Dale's frame is surely a custom order.
