If it's the one I think, on one side of the bars, it is the "intermediate" logo and I think for only one model, the Giro D'Italia perhaps. Other models has different "intermediate" logos. These came between the older classic Cinelli crest and the newer ones with just "Cinelli". I think these intermediate logos were used in the early 80's and perhaps very late 70's.
