Hi Stephen,

At Oscar's request, I would like to address a few of the items in the Schedule of Liens:

1. Regarding the judgment by Joseph Smith against RTC, Oscar is under the impression that due to the de minimus nature of the underlying debt (a $1,000 cost judgment), you will agree to delete item from the list.

2. Regarding the Wells Fargo lien for the telephone equipment which was never installed, again, it being a de minimus item, can it be deleted from the list?

3. Regarding the remaining two Caterpillar liens, we are still waiting to receive the UCC-3 Termination Statement for the Caterpillar lien on VIN#PAC00780, and attached is the Pay-off statement for the remaining Caterpillar.

4. Regarding the liens by Integrated Leasing Corp for check servicing equipment, abandoned by lessor and worth no more than $750, can we also dispense with this one?
