I suppose anything is possible <sigh>...

But (my opinion here) the two significant features of a Cino Cinelli Super Corsa would be the unique seat lug, seat stay, seat post binder configuration and the full sloping Cinelli fork crown. And you are correct Scott, the flat fork crown is a feature of the Cinelli Mod. B.
