Interesting about the fork you saw on the SC. Last year I bought an early 60's SC from a bike shop owner who was selling it for a customer who had inherited it from a family member who no longer rode. It had what I thought was a replacement fork which also has a flat crown (and also white, when the rest of the bike is blue) but the price was very good and I didn't care. When I got the bike home I compared the fork to my Model B fork and from a Plan View it looks very close but from a front profile view the fork crown on SC slopes very very slightly down while the B crown is dead flat. The tangs are rather crude on the fork with the SC and I really think it is not Cinelli built.... but I decided to see if I could get some more info and my enquiry gets passed along to the original owner and I hear back that it is original and it was an option.... I'm still not buying it!! Then you post this inquiry and I am wondering again. Can you take a pic?
