Hi CR folks,
Changing focus forces me to part with my current favorite frame/fork - the gorgeous Weigle Randonneur frame/fork/rack ensemble that I purchased from Peter when it won (I believe) Peoples Choice best of show in 2004 at the Cirque.
The frame is optimized for 25mm tires, and I found it very quick and fast - yet amazingly comfortable for long rides. Seattube is 58.5ct with a 56.5 cc top tube (all meassurements approximate). It has been used these past years, but it remains gorgeous and has no "issues" that I can identify whatsoever (other than a few paint blems).
This frame has more ornate lugwork I think than some of his current frames, but all his frames are so wonderful its best to say things are different - not better or worse.
Frame/fork is being sold with headset, fenders, and a special funky rear rack and rear light.
