[CR]Unicanitor question and WTB track hubs

Hello everyone, This is my first post to the list, so if I'm covering old ground please excuse my ignorance.

I recently bought a fairly old bike, and it came with a Unica Nitor seat, one of the ones with its own seatpost. The seatpost is in a fairly bad state, but I'm fairly sure it is the only seat the bike has ever had, and the only original part that I've got, so I'm trying to decide whether it is worth having rechromed.

And following on from having bought an old bike without the original parts, I am trying to find some track hubs to build up some wheels. The rear spacing is the old 110mm OLN. I've found a 110mm C-record rear, and a 110mm Nuovo-record rear, but I can't find a matching front to make up a pair. Does anyone have either a pair of vintage hubs they want to part with (I'm flexible about make/type as long as they fit!) or a C-record front track hub or Nuovo record track front hub with 28 or less holes?
