Hi,

I picked up a Raleigh RRA frame off eBay (despite the subject line, I'm not going out with it, at least not yet), and would like your help in dating it. The frame looks like the one shown in this diagram:

The serial no on the bottom bracket contains 2 lines: "1317", and "FS" below that. I could not find similar SNs on the retro Raleighs page (but I read elsewhere that RRAs had a different serial numbering system). The frame seems very nice and light (definitely butted). The rear spacing is 110mm, front is 100mm. I will post better/more detailed photos later. Your help in attaching a date to this bike would be much appreciated.
