We are fortunate to be able to debate (in the appropriate venues) politics & religion separate from cycling. Those who know the histories of Legnano and Bottecchia will know that it's not always been so. I have strong and well-publicized (in other forums) political opinions, but I'm all for keeping it velocentric on CR.
