It appears that Joel has retired from the ride. A phone call placed to Via Bicycles confirmed that things were not going well. Joel last checked in at Control Point at stage 5. Joel Metz is at stage 8 and Todd Teachout is at stage 9. Joel Flood was riding with some of the Bilenky team also from Phily.
