I'm with Chuck too, and not just because he's a friend. I also sell things, on the internet and through various lists, including this one. But I certainly wouldn't use this list for CRM emails.

It's one thing to offer an item or product which would be of interest to listmembers; it's another to use the list for follow-up emails. Then the subject matter is no longer the item; it is the sale. The sale itself is off-topic.
