Interesting. I just built up a set of "Super Champion" Mixte rims this spring -- I assume these are the same as the Wolbers since Wolber took over Super Champ's line -- and have been using modern Continental 700C x 23mm tires running at 130+ psi all summer without problems. Should I be worried?
