When I have shipped Cinelli's I reinforced the boxes by cutting 4" diameter cardboard tubes to 7.5" lengths and placing these at the box corners and center to prevent crushing the double boxed bikes. I lace sting through the inner box walls to prevent displacement of the cylinders. It is sometimes difficult to pack with wheels, but I have also shipped wheels and bars separately. I also usually remove the bars and place them under the rear tire instead of around the top tube which seems risky to me. Brian Blum Terryville, CT
