I just came across one single bike with black world logo hoods and it had gran sport hoods. All the NR bikes I saw were equipped with gum coloured hoods..... But that i just my personal oservation which fits in your thesis. I also have to say that Robby's hoods are great and affordable.

Speaking of Robbie's hoods and the prospect of his making black world logo, what is the list's recollection of these hoods? I don't remember black world logo hoods ever coming on NR brakes, and I'm thinking they were only used only on Grand Sport. Probably a lot of NR levers wound up with black hoods, as I think these were more durable than the NR gum hoods, but I don't remember NR levers coming with them. Anyone else remember something different?

Say, I just got three sets of the Campy hoods that you made for me. They look awesome. Thanks for such accurate reproductions and at a really inexpensive price.
