How can you guys determine all this detail from the one crappy photo in the auction??!!

The rear drops appear to be Campagnolo. The fork could be a replacement, which raises the red flag of has it been crashed.

I find this quote from the ad rather humorous:

A peek at the 1971 Schwinn catalog on Bob Hufford's site shows the T22 Paramount tandem, whose frame looks pretty much like the one in the auction. Hard to discern any details, though.
