so to whoever bought this bike, if for some reason it doesn't work out for you, i'm also very interested. been looking for a classic, lugged, bike in this size with similar geometry and most importantly to her - red and shine y. then i can get her off a cheap welded frame - and isn't something we'ld all like to do with those we love. so i'm just putting that out there.. :)

Offered to the list is a beautiful vintage Holdsworth Mistral frameset, size 54cm center to top. Top tube ,measures 55cm c-c, 44cm chainstays. Full Reynolds 531 tubing. Campagnolo 1010 long horizontal dropouts with threaded adjusters. Cast semi-sloping fork crown. Fender eyelets front and rear. No shifter bosses. One set of bottle bosses. Three top tube brake cable guides, and top of bottom bracket shift cable guides. Right fork leg has a braze-on boss for a British lamp bracket, and I've crafted a lamp knob to mount a handlebar type headlight. Lamp bracket and headlight knob will be included. Tange steel headset.
This frameset was acquired NOS a couple of years ago, and has seen very limited use. The red paint and graphics are original, and the interior of the frame has been treated with Weigle's Framesaver.
Highly versatile, this machine is suitable for fixed gear, single speed, or multispeed configurations.
Price includes headset, seat binder, and 64mm reach dual pivot brake calipers with cartridge pads to fit 700C wheels. Offered to Continental US destinations for $295 which includes shipping.
