Very timely, thank you.

I just found one of these Viscounts, but perhaps a later model: the aluminum forks had been replaced by chromed chrome-moly ones. Headset by Tange. Other componentry just as listed in the brochure.

Striking that the difference between the top model and the middle is 2lb of shed weight, (and performance gained) by substituting tubular wheels for clinchers. (And the quality of the tubulars on the recovered Viscount? The glue is gone after 30 years in a garage or basement, but the tires hold 90lb of air pressure, and neither casing nor tread seem to have suffered the ravages of time more than I have.)

I've never owned a Viscount (or Lambert) but I came across these and thought  there may be fans or owners on the CR List who would enjoy seeing these.
