[CR]Mystery bike with a mix of Japanese, Spanish, and Italian parts.....What is it?

I would appreciate any help in identifying this bike. I purchased it here in Belgium, where it was advertised as a Colnago. I've posted this also in the C&V at bikeforums but it's still a mystery to all. Some have said it might be a Miyata.
