eBay 120157423702 a "vintage" Scapin Track bike. I can't find much about this maker. The bike for sale is pleasing to my eyes-looks like a paint over chrome finish and a melange of parts. I gather, by the lack of information on this maker, that Scapin isn't very significant in the scheme of things. But, I may well be very wrong. Can anyone supply information about the marque? Is this a very collectable bike? Thanks for any and all information.
