I am offering to the list frameset #8480 by Jack Taylor. This is a 50th anniversary frame from 1987. Very definately KOF. The dimensions are following:
Frame size 58cm / 23in. c-c Top tube 57cm / 22.5in. c-c All 531c Campagnolo drop-outs
The frame has had rear fenders mounted (plastic clip-ons) and has some wear on the paint, but has not been into a crash, nor is it dinged. See pictures under:
